PROPER FIXTURE SELECTION DELIVERS BETTER PROJECT OUTCOMES
SURFACE
The apartments now have appropriate lighting for all areas. Lower running costs benefit apartment owners over the fixture’s lifespan. And reduced energy consumption meets environmental standards. • Kitchen task lighting provides clear visibility on benchtops. Residents can prepare food safely with proper illumination on work surfaces. • Living room ambient lighting creates comfortable spaces without glare or hotspots. • Bedroom luminaires deliver adequate light levels without excessive brightness.
• Balcony weatherproof luminaires handle the coastal environment. Our work in supplying customised and off-the-shelf products for residential projects is unmatched. For example, we’ve provided a wide range of fixtures for Oran Park, Nautilus Apartments and The Brougham Apartments. Proper fixture selection from the start means fewer problems down the track. It’s about specifying the right tool for the job and backing it with solid technical support.
