PRODUCING LUMINAIRES FOR MELBOURNE’S LARGEST CONTINUUM OF CARE COMMUNITY
The Marchesi building was the final stage of Ryman Healthcare’s six-year development. This 76-apartment building needed lighting that would meet aged care standards. It also had to create comfortable spaces for residents. Electrical contractors needed to source different fixtures in large quantities for the project. They needed reliable partners who could deliver quality across hundreds of fixtures.
The lighting had to meet AS/NZS 1680 standards for aged care environments. Yet they also needed to make spaces feel warm and homely for apartment living. This included private apartments, shared areas and external pathways. Industralight had partnered with this contractor on past projects. And it proved successful again on this project. We used our expertise to deliver lighting that balanced technical with well-being.
HOW WE DELIVERED COMPLIANT LIGHTING WITHOUT COMPROMISING COMFORT
Our team supplied data sheets on each product, applying feedback where required. We worked through a couple of rounds to refine the final luminaire choices. This approach made sure every product met the project’s standards. And it also kept things on schedule. Our manufacturing team managed the product and delivery on time across multiple shipments.
